Delivery & Returns


We presently only ship to all countries in the European Union and currently offer free shipping.

Until further notice, we are currently unable to ship to the UK.

On receipt of your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours and your order will be processed as soon as possible.

Your package will be shipped by DHL between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for delivery.

In-store pickup

We offer in-store pickup. Your order will be available for pick-up after 5+ days.

Currently we are available in-store on Tuesday and Thursday between 10:00 and 17:00.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to be collected.

You can choose to pick you order up in-store.

Returns & exchanges

We hope you will love everything you ordered, however, should this not be the case you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned clean, unworn with tags and attached seals, in the original packaging.

Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and can only be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Please use the return form found here or write us by e-mail at indicating the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Contact DHL via the website to arrange a pick-up. The return is free of cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by e-mail. If returned goods are approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card.
